One on one training sessions with Dani will maximize your effort by way of an age old sport. BOXING burns an insane amount of calories and pushes your stress aside one punch at a time.

You will skip rope with Dani, strike mitts and bags, lift weights, battle ropes, toss, slam, 

push and pull things. 

With every PUNCH and repetition Dani will inspire, encourage, and awaken the fighter in you.

PUNCH BUDDIES

PUNCH BUDDIES and BIG GLOVE sessions mirror an actual boxer's training workout.  The class is designed to teach beginners and intermediates the fundamentals of boxing. 

 

The workout consists of 3 minute rounds on a bag or mitt drills followed by 30 seconds of body weight exercises; this leading into a much deserved one minute rest.  Many rounds later, the gloves come off, but the workout keeps moving.  Class forges on with battle ropes, kettle bells, slam balls, weights, bands and abs; lots of abs!

Get in and train like our cities famous "ROCKY" , only without punching a side of beef, chasing a chicken or facing Apollo Creed. 

Dani will be your "MICKY" cheering you on in your corner!

Sparring is an option but not required.

KID GLOVES is a non contact boxing and conditioning program for children and teens. Designed to engage their minds with energized focus, build their self confidence and increase their fitness level. Your child will learn an exciting new skill and gain valuable lessons during the process.

It is inevitable in a child's life that they will be met with both challenge and success. Some milestones will feel insurmountable to them... while others will come easier. Learning to cope and appreciate the process of both is vital for healthy child development.

KID GLOVE sessions will aide your child's ability to rise up from their failures, have humility in their victories and appreciate the hard work needed to bring them success.

Dani's experience working with children spans over 25 years, with10 years as a physical education teacher for grades K-8.  She loves nurturing and watching kids develop into self assured, kind, fit and healthy human beings both physically and mentally.

BABY VESSEL is a one on one fitness program for moms-to-be designed to strengthen and help prepare the body for all of the changes it will experience during pregnancy and postpartum. Regardless of whether you are new to exercise or an avid fitness woman, it is very important to workout on a regular basis during pregnancy.  And yes, boxing is fine during all three trimesters.  The strikes will only come from you MOMMY...  your bump will always be safe under Dani's guidance and expertise.

When your bundle of sweetness finally arrives, Dani will help you get your body back! 

With tenderness, compassion, and appreciation for your new (or not so new) role as a mother, she will support you through what can be a challenging time for many mothers.
